Machine won't turn on when I hit the control panel button.

Is the main control switch turned on?
The switch is located on the right side or inside the front door of the copier.

The paper won't feed from the tray selected or I am getting a jam message.

Is the dial inside the paper tray set to the correct paper size?

I am getting lines on the copies when using the ADF (top feeder) only.

Clean the scanner glass by spraying glass cleaner on a paper towel; never directly on the glass.
On the Konica's this is the thin glass that runs front to back next to the copy board glass.
If you lift the feeder on the Canon copiers you will see an illustration or directions for cleaning the scanner glass.

Can I use the toner from my old copier in my new one?

IMPORTANT: Always check with us before adding any toner we did not sell to you for use in that specific copier.
Adding the wrong toner can seriously compromise your copy quality and would require an extensive cleaning and vacuuming of the developer unit.

If we order a copier how long does it take for delivery?

Delivery is within a week of placing your order. We will offer a loaner copier if your current copier is not operating.

Can the copier scan to email?

Every new copier we sell or lease has the ability to scan to email, your desktop (SMB), file server or hard drive.

Is service included in the lease?

Service is not automatically included in the lease. If you want service included, the cost of a maintenance agreement needs to be added to the lease payment. We offer monthly, quarterly or annual plans to fit every budget.

What does the service/supply contract include?

Our service and supply contracts include everything except paper, staples and UPS shipping cost for supplies.

Does a color copier cost twice as much as a black & white copier?

Color copiers are more affordable than ever. They can be leased for under $150.00 per month.

Why can we send with our fax machine but we can't receive?

Check the control panel and make sure that the fax is not in manual receive mode.
